Due to the FHI going into emergency mode as of today, the Electronics Lab has reduced the number of staff who are on site.
The ELAB will, however, still be open from 8:10am until 5:00pm from Mondays to Saturdays.
During this time, the E-Lab staff will be able to offer the following the services:
- Advice and discussion regarding Projects (only via Email or telephone)
- Small modifications (e.g. cables and connectors)
- Repair (only for cases that are critical)
- Sale of electronic components and cables
- Distribution of rental equipment/instruments
The larger on-going projects will be prepared, as far is possible, by the staff who are working in Home Office, and further processed by their colleagues on site.
IMPORTANT! Before visiting the E-Lab, please call the number 3313 to first discuss your case with a staff member, so that we can make arrangements to minimize any personal contact.
We now have a "front" front desk where you can wait just outside the Elab for pick-up or delivery.
We urge you to wear a "community" mask during your visit. This practice can only work when everyone participates.
We look forward to assisting you with your scientific research.
